Paulo Angerami is a real estate professional with a background in Real Estate Business from Faculdade Estácio. He is a qualified real estate appraiser, registered with CRECI-RJ and CNAI, and has been based exclusively in Rio de Janeiro for the past 15 years.

My professional journey has also been shaped by international experiences. I lived in Washington, D.C. (USA) for six years—during which time I became fluent in English—and later spent a year in Italy, where I had the opportunity to interact with people from diverse cultures and nationalities.

In addition to being Brazilian, I hold Italian citizenship; this reinforces my connection to the international community and enables me to easily welcome and serve clients from all over the world.

I take great pleasure in welcoming people to Rio de Janeiro and, together with my team, helping them find safe, comfortable, and cost-effective accommodations in the city.
